Charles has over 20 years of experience of building software, managing engineering teams, bringing products to market and leading tech startups from zero to one. Charles is currently CTO at SteadyMD which raised $10 million Series A. Previously, he was Co-Founder and CTO at REX which has raised over $70 Million and led the engineering team at Zumbox from early beginnings to raising over $35 million in total. He also has a proven track record managing enterprise projects with engineering teams up to 40 people and budgets up to $10 million for companies like Realtor.com, Yamaha, Molina Medical Centers and Schlumberger.

Nick Toga
Co-FOUNDER & CXO
Nick is passionate about merging thoughtful user experience and visual design to solve problems. He has worked with brands such as Epson, NBC, Universal, Sony, Red Bull, Siemens, CoreLogic, Robert Half and many more startups. He brings in over 10 years of design experience and holds a BA in Fine Arts (Graphic Design) from Art Center College of Design where he also served as an Adjuct Instructor.
